John D. Randazzo, Esq., is an attorney who has been representing personal injury victims (the plaintiff) since 1987. He has largely been focusing on motorcyclist accident injuries since the mid-1990s when he began riding a motorcycle, though he has been handling motorcycle accident cases since 1987. Since becoming an attorney, he has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for clients.
John is a lawyer and an avid motorcyclist who actually rides, unlike many self-proclaimed "biker/lawyers" who do not own or ride a motorcycle. John usually puts 6,000 to 10,000 miles per year on his bikes.
In June 2003, he was involved in a major accident. He and a passenger were riding his BIKR LAW themed rigid-framed bike when they were struck by a yellow cab in Manhattan. John sustained three fractured ribs, a crushed sternum, broken fingers, separated shoulder, deranged knee and multiple herniated cervical and lumbar discs. Needless to say, John's hard-tail days are over, but not his riding days.
John now rides a 2005 Softail Deluxe and a 1988 Police Special, the "Monster". You can see that the Police Special has had a few modifications. Perhaps you can also see why he earned the nickname given to him by his long-time friend Jimmy Trotta (Ice Cream Man From Hell) — "Lawyer From Hell."
