We know what it's like in the real world, especially
when it comes to legal matters pertaining to bikers and their motorcycles.
Don't take legal advice from other lawyers who can't
relate to your specialized needs. Many of these other so-called
"biker-lawyers" merely use the motorcycle you see in their
ads as a prop. We actually RIDE ours.
Unlike them, you WILL see us out on the road, and
at a bike event near you. No one else is as personally involved
in the motorcycle world as our legal team members are.
Our network is continuously growing. Our criteria
is stringent. We only welcome members into our legal organization
who meet the requirements we have put in place to ensure your absolute
satisfaction during a potentially distressing time.
Don't settle for less. One call is all it takes.

JOHN D. RANDAZZO, ESQ. is an attorney with twenty
years of experience in the personal injury field representing injured
parties in accidents involving motorcycles, automobiles, premises,
on the job (Labor Law), medical malpractice and business related
matters. He has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements
for clients. John is an avid motorcyclist, yes, he really rides
unlike many of the other so-called self-proclaimed biker/lawyers.
He usually puts anywhere from 6,000 to 10,000 a year on his bikes
which, by the way generally change from year to year. He was involved
in a major accident in June of 2003 when he was struck on his BIKR
LAW themed bike by a yellow cab in Manhattan. His passenger nearly
died having suffered a severed Aortic artery and a punctured lung
causing her to lose 1/3 of her lung in addition to 18 multiple rib
fractures. John, himself sustained 3 fractured ribs, a crushed sternum,
3 broken fingers, separated shoulder, deranged knee and multiple
herniated cervical and lumbar disks. Needless to say, John's hard
tail days are over, but not his riding days. Fortunately, John's
passenger has made a miraculous recovery under the circumstances
and as John says, "I am glad at least I had enough insurance
coverage to help her recuperate and help to ease some of her financial
burdens, though anyone injured in a motorcycle accident will tell
you it's not worth any amount of money. The residual pain and impairment
linger on. Toward that end please read the article in the legal
tips section regarding insurance coverage. Protect yourself and
your passengers. It's not fair to them, or yourself not to carry
enough insurance. John personally carries a primary motorcycle policy
of $500,000 plus a one million dollar umbrella policy. Feel free
to email, or call John to discuss this important issue.
John now rides the two bikes pictured on the home page, a 2006 Street
Glide, and a 1988 Police Special, though you'd never know by looking
at it. It' had a few modifications as you can see. More of John's
other bikes can be seen in the photo section together with photos
of his travels, friends and other unique bikes and places. As the
stickers on his helmet say, "LAWYER FROM HELL," compliments
from his long time friend, Jimmy, "Ice Cream Man From Hell."
If there is one bit of advice that John can give it is the following:
"Ride safe and ride smart, if you think they might, they probably
will, so prepare in advance. It's not worth trying to make the light,
or that quick turn. Stop at the light and go to the next exit, or
street. It's easier to turn around and go a little out of your way
at your choosing than taking an ambulance ride to the nearest hospital.
